Those three words sum up Britt Strange, 20, of Southern Pines,
NC, and they are the basis of her budding career as a
professional three-day event rider, trainer, and coach.
Three day eventing can be best described as an "equestrian
triathalon" and is one of the most exciting and fascinating

Britt has a genuine interest and talent in training young horses or
re-programing older horses for many different diciplines. She
has experience not only with event horses but also with
hunter/jumpers, dressage, and racehorses. She began her riding
career at age 6 riding hunters and equitation. Britt was also an
active member of United States Pony Club. She began eventing
at age 13 and has never let up since. A highlight of Britt's career
thus far is her team and individual silver metals at the North
American Young Rider's Championships in Lexington Virginia.
Britt has had the opportunity to work with some of the top
rider's in the country, including Bobby Costello, Meika Decher,
Denny Emerson, Will Faudree, Jim Kofford, and Carol
Kozlowski.
As a coach, Britt stresses the importance of a strong foundation
of the basics for both horse and rider. Let Britt help bring out
